Proper double screw extruder and single screw extruder, specially used for wood plastic products, can be chosen in accordance with the panel section, application, product specific gravity. Also the corresponding auxiliary machines such as vacuum shaping platform, hauling machine, saw machine, material reversing platform, etc. are equipped. Products of diversified specification can be produced with different dies.

1.Extruder adopts sepcially designed screw&barrel for wpc pvc door frame with the capacity of 150-240kg/h.
2.Calibrator mould adopts three or four sections and water cooling tank should be 2*2000mm or 2*3000mm.
3 Cooling platform adopts 8meters length stainless steel table.
4 Haul off machine is equipped with frequency control motor
5.This production line adotps fixed-length cut and is equipped with Omron meter counter.
6.This production line adopts Siemens motor,ABB inverter,Schneider contactor,Omron temperature controller and SSR,PLC control is optional.
